WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY….Kinesiology or Muscle Testing is a quick, simple, accurate method (when used correctly) method of determining the body’s needs, whether they are physical, emotional or even just for curiosity’s sake.

Kinesiology is NOT a method of diagnosis. But kinesiology is an excellent preventative technique, used to find a problem before it becomes a full blown issue.

It can help you to determine what foods or substances you may be intolerant to, or perhaps help you to pick out the best foods or supplements for you, needed by your body at a specific time or times. Kinesiology can even assist you in determining if someone is being honest with you. Muscle Testing has countless uses and has been used for many decades.

Kinesiology is now a well established science. Originally discovered in the mid to late 1800’s by Dr. George Goodheart who found that nutritional supplements would increase the strength of his patients, while a negative or unhealthy stimuli would suddenly cause those same muscles to weaken during muscle testing. It was found that the body “knew” and through kinesiology was able to signal what was good or bad for it.

A classic example is that of testing an artificial sweetener, such as is found in diet soda, will always make one test weak, whereas a healthful substance such as an organic vitamin supplement, will make you test strong when using kinesiology.

Muscle testing will work equally well in determining truth from falsity. Simply put, a positive muscle test reaction occurs in response to a true statement and a weakened muscle test reaction occurs when presented with a false statement.

Your body knows what is good for you and what is bad, all you need to do is ASK.
