Emotion Code and Emotional Freedom Technique Testimonial - Mary O

“Geez mom, you’re just an old bag!” Said Erik. I gave him a long questioning look. He took one look at my face and said. “Oh, I shouldn’t say that.” Wow, I thought to myself. Normally he wouldn’t think twice about it.

My son has Asperger’s syndrome. It has been a real challenge to raise him and to understand him. Erik has been getting treatments with Sherri for about one and a half years. She does a combination of CRA, EFT and the Emotion Code. Erik has trouble with emotions and understanding others feelings and reactions. He just doesn’t get what other people take for granted. Since Sherri began working with Erik, he has shown improvement in this area. His simple acknowledgement of his inappropriate statement was certainly a step in the right direction and surprised me. He is easier to deal with. His attitude is more pleasant and relaxed. He even gets along better with his brother. Their’s has always been a troubled relationship. These are subtle differences, but these differences do affect his life and are doing just that. His moods don’t swing as much or as dramatically as they use to and he seems to be dealing with every thing better.

The most noticeable change for me since starting using the Emotion Code is the “disintegration” of the of the “invisible wall” that seemed to keep me from working out. Sherri and I have cleared many trapped emotions centering around exercise, from emotions associated with not wanting to exercise to emotions preventing me from exercising, and other emotions related to exercise. Though I still don’t exercise like I should, I do exercise more often than I have in over 20 years. The difference now is that when I don’t feel like exercising these days, it really is a conscious choice. That invisible wall of emotion that screamed “I don’t want to exercise!” and kept me overwhelmed with all the negative emotions that reinforced my not wanting to exercise seemed to disappear after using the Emotion Code.

Sherri and I continue to use the Emotion Code to clear various issues. Though the changes are subtle, I find myself being less and less bogged down with negativity. For me, the Emotion Code combined with a conscious effort to change negative thought patterns, has been a powerful tool to a more positive, happier emotional state.
